Tecno Spark Go could be the most feature-packed budget smartphone for masses; find out why

Tecno keeps populating the entry-level smartphone market with eye-catching Android devices backed by decent hardware. The brand seems to have gone one step further with the new launch.

The latest to join the sub-10K club from Tecno might be the most feature-packed budget smartphone in the Indian market.

Tecno Spark Go 2024 is the new affordable offering from the brand with some interesting specifications. Starting at just Rs. 6,699, the base variant of the Tecno Spark Go boasts a big 5,000mAh battery cell and flaunts a 90Hz refresh rate display.

Let’s take a closer look at the specifications and features of the Tecno Spark Go 2024.

Tecno Spark Go 2024 Specifications

The new budget Tecno smartphone follows the same ‘Spark’ series design flaunting a minimal back with a huge iPhone 14-Pro-like square camera module. The budget handset will be available in two colour options; Mystery White and Gravity Black.

Up front, the Spark Go 2024 flaunts a 6.56-inch IPS LCD screen with HD+ resolution. Despite the entry-level price, Tecno has managed to offer a screen panel with up to 90Hz refresh rate support. This should enhance the overall user experience of the masses. Interestingly, the Spark Go 2024 also features the ‘Dynamic Port’, which will be used for notifications and alerts.

Since it’s a budget device, the handset is powered by the entry-level Unisoc T606 chipset, supported by up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The Spark Go 2024 runs on HiOS 13 skin based on Android 13 Go Edition OS.

For cameras, the Tecno Spark Go 2024 boasts a dual-lens camera system featuring a 13MP primary camera and a VGA sensor. An 8MP selfie shooter has been provided for video calling.

A big highlight of the budget handset is its gigantic 5,000mAh battery cell, which should keep it up and running for at least two days on a single charge.

The Tecno Spark Go 2024 will be available for purchase in India on from December 7.
