Poco launched another budget smartphone, the Poco C65, globally on November 5. It is the successor of the Poco C55 that was released earlier this year.

The latest phone is powered by the same processor and battery as the C55, which runs on a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and a 5,000mAh battery.

There are updates in the RAM, storage, and charging departments in the new phone.

The Poco C65 also features better cameras than its predecessor. Even though it has been launched globally, its availability dates in India are yet to be announced.

The latest C series smartphone by Poco is powered by a MediaTek Helio G85 SoC that is paired with an ARM Mali-G52 2EEMC2 GPU.

Poco C65 comes with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of eMMC 5.1 inbuilt storage. The storage is expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card.

The phone is available in two storage variants. The 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at $129 (roughly Rs. 10,700), while the 8GB + 256GB option is listed at $149 (roughly Rs. 12,400).

The phone sports a 6.74-inch HD+ (1,600 x 720 pixels) display, with a refresh rate of 90Hz and an aspect ratio of 20.6:9. The display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass.

On the software front, it runs Android 13-based MIUI 14 for Poco.

The phone is available in three color options – Black, Blue, and Purple.

Poco C65 also features a dual rear camera that includes a 50 MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.8, and a 2 MP sensor with a macro lens and an aperture of f/2.4.

For selfies, the phone comes with a centre-aligned waterdrop notch that houses an 8 MP sensor with an aperture of f/2.0.

Poco has packed a 5,000mAh battery in the Poco C65 with support for 18W wired fast charging via a micro USB port.

The phone also offers 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and GLONASS connectivity. It also comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and FM radio support.
